Welcome to Goa! To ensure your journey with Gajant Laxmi Tours is smooth and enjoyable, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

🛂 1. Identification & Documentation

Carry Valid ID: Always carry a government-approved physical ID (Aadhaar, PAN, or Driving License). This is mandatory for hotel check-ins and inter-state travel to Karnataka/Maharashtra.
Permits for Outstation: For trips to Hampi, Gokarna, or Sawantwadi, our drivers will handle the inter-state permits. Please ensure you have your personal ID handy for any border security checks.

Legal Vehicles only: In 2026, Goa authorities are very strict. Always use registered commercial vehicles (look for Yellow Plates or Black Plates with Yellow/White lettering). Avoid private “White Plate” rentals to prevent police impounding.
Safety First: Seatbelts are mandatory for all passengers. For your safety, we do not recommend swimming at beaches after sunset or without a lifeguard present.
Emergency Contacts: In case of any emergency, the pan-India emergency number is 112.

Dress Modestly: When visiting religious sites like the Old Goa Churches or Mangueshi Temple, please dress respectfully (cover shoulders and knees).
Public Behavior: Goa has a strict policy against unruly behavior on beaches. Avoid harassing others for selfies and maintain public decorum to avoid fines.
Litter-Free Zone: Help us keep Goa beautiful. Please do not litter on the beaches or at waterfalls like Dudhsagar.

Stay Hydrated: The Goan sun can be intense. Carry water, sunscreen, and a hat during your North and South Goa sightseeing tours.
Medication: If you are traveling to remote areas like Dandeli or Amboli Waterfall, carry basic first-aid and any personal prescription medicines.

Fix Fares Early: For any extra stops not in your initial itinerary, please discuss the additional charges with Sanil S. Naik or your driver beforehand to avoid confusion.
Digital Payments: While we accept UPI and bank transfers, it’s always good to carry some cash for small purchases at local markets or rural shacks.
