Refund and Cancellation Policy for Gajant Laxmi Tours
To ensure clarity and fairness for both our guests and our operations, Gajant Laxmi Tours follows the structured refund and cancellation guidelines outlined below. This policy applies to all our services, including Goa local sightseeing, airport transfers, and outstation trips to Maharashtra and Karnataka.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
If you wish to cancel your booking, the following refund schedule usually applies based on when the notice is received:
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup: Full refund of the advance deposit (minus a small processing fee, if applicable).
- 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup: 50% refund of the advance deposit.
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup: No refund will be provided, as the vehicle and driver have already been blocked for your service.
- No-Show: If the guest does not arrive at the designated pickup point (Airport/Hotel) within 60 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice, it will be treated as a “No-Show” and no refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation for Outstation Trips (Karnataka & Maharashtra)
For long-distance trips (e.g., Hampi, Gokarna, Amboli), planning involves inter-state permits and long-distance fuel routing.
- 72 hours notice: Full refund.
- Less than 72 hours notice: A cancellation fee equivalent to one full day’s rental or the permit cost (whichever is higher) will be deducted.
3. Service Amendments
- Changes in Dates/Times: We allow one free rescheduling of your trip if informed at least 24 hours in advance, subject to vehicle availability.
- Shortened Trips: If a guest decides to end a multi-day tour earlier than planned, refunds for the remaining days are subject to the owner’s discretion and actual expenses already incurred.
4. Cancellation by Gajant Laxmi Tours
In the rare event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, extreme weather, or regulatory issues):
- We will attempt to provide an alternative vehicle of similar category.
- If an alternative is not possible, a 100% refund of any advance payment will be issued immediately.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are typically processed via the original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.).
- Please allow 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
